Contracts Administrator

DAG Tech is seeking to expand it’s contracts team with a new contracts administrator.

Duties for this role will include the following

  • Contracts Strategy calls (internal)
      1. Strategy calls with legal and engineering teams to learn requirements for Agreements and Schedules
      2. Create planning calendars
      3. Send invites with call agendas (to internal)
      4. Ensure takeaway collections for requirements 
  • Administering various contracts
      1. Utilize templates and other documentation to create new Schedules
      2. On Demand Agreements
      3. Service Level Agreements (SLA) 
      4. Project (Agreements) Schedules
        1. Resource planners, pitch outlines, and BOMs
        2. Maintaining SOW modifications and change orders
      5. Employee Agreements
      6. Consulting Agreements
      7. Non Disclosure Agreements
      8. Referral Agreements
      9. Partner Agreements 
  • Contracts Management
    1. Use current software to manage contracts issuances
    2. Manage potential modifications and changes
  1. Issuing Contracts
    1. Utilizing Adobe Sign
    2. Confirmation emails to clients
    3. Continuously following up on execution of contract
